A Resolution of the City Commission sitting in its capacity as the 250 Aragon Condominium Association Board of Directors, ratifying prior actions by the City, the City Commission, the Association, the Board of Directors, and the City Manager; authorizing the City Manager to sign documents on its behalf and take actions related to the management, ownership, and maintenance of the property; approving the use of operating expenses through the City Budget; electing officers; and updating any relevant documentation. 25-9748
