5801 GRANADA BOULEVARD Violation Description - Failure to properly maintain retaining walls - Sec. 86-119. - Failure to properly maintain retaining walls abutting canal; mooring structures for docking vessels and other watercraft.(a) Violations of this section shall be punished as provided in section 1-7. (b) It shall be unlawful for any owner of any lot, parcel or tract of land within the city, where there exists a retaining wall of concrete or any other type of material between such property and a canal, to permit such retaining wall to so deteriorate to the extent that it will encroach or fall into the canal. It shall be unlawful for any owner of any lot, parcel or tract of land within the city, where there exists a mooring structure of any approved and permitted material between such property and a canal or water body, to permit such structure to so deteriorate to the extent that it will encroach or fall into the canal or water body.
