Receive Evaluation Committee’s recommendation for the Agency Board to consider the only proposal received by the Agency regarding RFP, P-24-01-COC. Assuming the Agency Board desires to consider the only proposal in more detail, Staff is recommending that Agency invite the developer that submitted the proposal to do a full presentation of the project at a Special Meeting decided upon by the Agency. After considering the presentation, the Agency Board can then determine whether it wants to proceed with the next step of attempting to negotiate a mutually agreeable Redevelopment Agreement between the developer and the Cocoa CRA. If the Agency Board is not interested in considering the proposal any further, Staff recommends that the Agency Board reject the proposal and provide further direction to Staff regarding the property.
