Approve the Evaluation Committee’s recommendation to reject the only proposal received by the Agency as non-responsive for not meeting the minimum requirements required by the RFP, P-23-19-COC. Additionally, the Agency Board is requested to provide additional direction regarding the future development of the site at 603 Brevard Avenue.
