Council approval to apply for a Phase 1 - Design and Permitting grant through the Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) for the design a new docking system and breakwater to replace and protect the day slips that were destroyed by Hurricanes Ian and Nicole located at the Cocoa Waterfront.
