Approve a resolution amending the FY23 budget, BAF 23-041-A to true-up the necessary capital budget and PO roll amounts. Capital projects were completed and PO’s liquidated so we would like to decrease the dependency of fund balance for completed projects and assign budget for promotional activity for the City Manager’s department.
