Approve a Resolution adopting the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2022-2025 State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) Program Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) and approve submission of the SHIP LHAP to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation for approval. Approve the revised and updated City of Cocoa Housing Program Policies and Procedures which reflect changes as required by the State within the proposed draft of the SFY2022-2025 SHIP LHAP.
