Approve the City Manager to execute the multi-year continuing service agreement(s) for an initial 5-year term (including two one-year renewal options) for ITB B-21-30-COC Concrete Sidewalk Curb and Gutter Construction Services. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute the final agreement(s). Authorize the City Manager to sign the contract(s), renewal(s) and Purchase Orders for each subsequent fiscal year pending the approval of that year’s budget. (Public Works Director)
