Staff is presenting two existing City Code sections for Council’s consideration and direction: (1) Sec. 6-900 (b) (9), declaring it a public nuisance for any person to permit “a motor vehicle [to be] parked anywhere within the front or corner side yard area, except on city approved and permitted driveways;” and (2) Appendix A-Zoning, prohibiting fencing or walling vacant properties within residential zoning districts.
