Approve a Resolution for FY21, Updating the Utility Handbook’s Policies (1000.3) and including Schedule A (1001A.FY21): Water, Sewer and Reclaimed Utility Rates, Fees and Charges and Schedule B (1001B.FY21): Miscellaneous Rates, Fees and Charges, Effective April 1, 2021; and including an annual 4% automatic increase to the rates, fees and charges set forth on Schedule A commencing on October 1, 2021 and each October 1 thereafter through the rate increase on October 1, 2025 subject to the City Council’s annual review and authority to suspend or reduce said automatic annual increase.
