Staff is seeking Council approval to work through the City’s Solid Waste Contractor for the scheduled removal and billing of illicit vegetative commercial waste in the rights-of-way. Staff is requesting approval to directly charge the commercial properties through the assigned utility account owner based on the billing received from the Solid Waste Contractor for the removal.
