Reconsideration of a previously approved but unexecuted Binding Development Agreement between the City of Cocoa, Florida and Integra Land Company to allow the developer to construct up to 249 apartments in 5 apartment buildings not to exceed 57 feet in height, with 5 parking garage buildings, a community clubhouse and certain public amenities on 2 parcels of land (Parcel ID: 24-35-13-00-750 and 24-35-24-00-1) totaling 150.35 acres and located on the south side of State Road 524 between Westminster Dr. and London Blvd. in addition to revising language previously approved to allow the developer to provide two (2) Level 2+ electric car-charging stations instead of two (2) Level 3 charging stations and adding the requirement of constructing a lift station for the project, along with some other minor amendments.
