Approve a letter of support committing to a Municipal Services Capital Contribution Agreement between the City of Cocoa and Brevard Public Schools, subject to, and for the purposes of obtaining a grant from the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) Florida Job Growth Grant Fund for the Brevard Adult Education Career and Technical Education Center. Should the Grant be Awarded, Staff will return to City Council to Accept the Revenue and prepare the appropriate FY2020 Budget Adjustments. (Community Services Director)
