Approve a Budget Resolution amending the Fiscal Year 2019 budget; approve Budget Amendment # 2019-117 which will reverse Budget Amendment #s 2019-101, 2019-102 and 2019-0197 as they pertain to the budget for the Section 108 loan; provide budget for the Section 108 debt proceeds and capital budget for the Dr. Joe Lee Smith Center in Fund 108 and to provide budget in the Section 108 Loan Fund for the 2.23% loan subsidy.
