Approve a Resolution Amending the FY 2019 Budget with the use of General Fund Balance Reserves, for the Dr. Joe Lee Smith Community Center Construction Project in Fiscal Year 2019, in the amount of $1,324,369. Additionally, these funds are expected to be reimbursed to the General Fund, during the course of the project or following the completion of the project. If reimbursement does not happen, the City will be ultimately responsible for the costs not reimbursed. (Community Services Director)
