Pursuant to Resolution No. 2016-87 establishing water, sewer and reclaimed water charges and usage rates, accept Stantec’s FY 2019-20 Utility Rate Study, validating the implementation of an automatic five percent (5%) increase to the water, fire lines, hydrant, wastewater and reclaimed water fixed monthly charges and usage rates effective October 1, 2019; and provide for the update of Utility Handbook Schedule A: Utility Rates, Fees, & Charges.
