Hold second and final public hearing to approve Ordinance No. 07-2019 revoking the economic development ad valorem tax exemption granted to Paragon Plastics, Inc., n/k/a Trout Enterprise, Inc., and re-imposing the ad valorem taxes that were exempted for 2013, 2014, and 2015, and authorize the City Clerk to send a certified copy of the Ordinance to the Brevard County Property Appraiser, who shall reissue tax bills to Paragon for the 2013, 2014, and 2015 tax years, pursuant to the terms set forth in Ordinance No. 07-2019.
