Hold second and final public hearing to approve Ordinance No. 06-2019 revoking the economic development ad valorem tax exemption granted to GeNO, LLC, n/k/a Vero Biotech, LLC and re-imposing the ad valorem taxes that were exempted for 2016, and authorize the City Clerk to send a certified copy of the Ordinance to the Brevard County Property Appraiser, who shall reissue a tax bill to GeNO for the taxable year of 2016, pursuant to the terms set forth in Ordinance No. 06-2019.
