Approve the current Code Enforcement lien for property located at 1333 Audubon Dr. be reduced from $54,350.00 to $2,100.00, as recommended by the Code Enforcement Board, at its regular meeting on October 18, 2018, subject to the applicant complying with the standard thirty-day payment condition, and including paying in full the City’s existing fixed code enforcement assessment liens recorded against the property in the amount of $5,789.50 plus any applicable lien interest.
