2. 30 The request was heard at the Citizens Advisory Committee for Fleming Island on July 16 and provided a recommendation of denial 6-0 because the request did not adhere to the Fleming Island Plan.___ Based on the criteria provided in the Staff Report Staff has deemed the 1983 Fleming Island plan is no longer a relevant document and therefore recommends approval of PUD 25-0003._As a condition of approval the applicant will need to apply for a Comprehensive Plan amendment by August 8 2025._
