A Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and (d) to confer with the City Attorney, Police, Fire, and Emergency Management staff for purposes of receiving legal advice and specialized details of security arrangements regarding risks and options for Emergency Management Notifications and Procedures.
2. B Executive Session, pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a)(b) and (e) to discuss a potential lease, transfer or sale of certain City owned mineral interests to Civitas Resources Inc.; receive legal advice on specific matters related thereto; and to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop strategy for negotiations, and instruct negotiators regarding the potential lease, transfer or sale of City owned mineral interests.
