1. A Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a) to discuss the potential purchase of streetlights owned by Xcel; 24-6-402(4)(e) to determine negotiating positions, develop negotiating strategies, and instruct negotiators regarding such purchase; and C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(g) to consider documents protected by the mandatory nondisclosure provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, specifically confidential financial information protected by C.R.S. 24-72-204(3)(a)(IV).
2. B Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) to confer with the City Attorney for purposes of receiving legal advice regarding certification and compliance for various state grant applications as well as additional potential legal issues arising from Governor’s Executive Orders D 2025 005and D 2025 011.
3. C Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f) to discuss personnel matters regarding the Municipal Judge, City Attorney, and City Manager performance.
