A Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(a) to discuss the potential purchase of streetlights owned by Xcel; 24-6-402(4)(e) to determine negotiating positions, develop negotiating strategies, and instruct negotiators regarding such purchase; and C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(g) to consider documents protected by the mandatory nondisclosure provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, specifically confidential financial information protected by C.R.S. 24-72-204(3)(a)(IV).
7. B An executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e) to confer with the City Attorney for purposes of receiving legal advice regarding potential strategies going forward related to the development of the Parterre subdivision and provide instruction to negotiators regarding the same.
