1. A Additional information requested by Council regarding initiative and referendum petition signature requirements and vacancies created by incapacitation, and a continued discussion of potential amendments to the City Charter
2. B Debrief of the 4th of July Holiday
3. C Executive Session, pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e), to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop strategy for negotiations, and instruct negotiators regarding the potential amendment to extend the term of an incentive agreement between the City and BRC BIG CO JV I LLC for employment development at 126 th and Washington and instruct negotiators regarding a potential tenant incentive agreement to bring approximately 150-180 primary employment positions to the same business park development at 126 th and Washington.
4. D Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f) to discuss personnel matters related to the mid-year appointee performance evaluations.
