B Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(e)(I) to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop strategy for negotiations, and instruct negotiators regarding collective bargaining negotiations between the City and the Fraternal Order of Police, Thornton Police Department Colorado Lodge 16.
