3. B Monthly Financial Report for October 2024.
4. C An ordinance amending certain sections of the Thornton City Code with regard to temporary connections to the water system. (Second Reading)
5. D An ordinance amending Section 74-119 of the Thornton City Code regarding private wastewater disposal system maintenance and to require private water system data to be provided to the City. (Second Reading)
6. E An ordinance amending certain sections of the Thornton City Code with regard to the Property Tax Refund Program and the Food Sales Tax Refund Program. (Second Reading)
7. F A resolution approving the Second Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement Between the City of Thornton and the Rangeview Library District for the Aylor Anythink Open Space Library Project and the related Ground Lease for the Library.
