7. D A resolution approving three 2024 Adams County Open Space grant agreements and authorizing the City Manager to execute the required Intergovernmental Agreements for parks, trails, and open space grants.

16. C A resolution supporting Adams 12 Five Star Schools' proposed bond measure and mill levy override.
17. D A resolution supporting Adams County School District 14’s proposed bond measure and an override mill levy which will be considered by the voters at the election to be held on November 5, 2024.
