  24. A A resolution repealing and reenacting Council Policies 1.2 and 1.4 regarding appointment and reappointment, membership, advertising, and interviewing applicants for Boards, Commissions, and Authorities.

B A resolution amending the bylaws of the Building Code Advisory Board, Businesses of Thornton Advisory Commission, Election Commission, Parks and Open Space Advisory Commission, Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment, Thornton Active Adult Board, Thornton Assistance Fund Committee, and the rules of procedure for the Local Licensing Authority.

D An ordinance amending Sections 2-81 through 2-83, 2-85, 2-86, 2-88, 10-34, 22-192 and 42-57 of the Thornton City Code pertaining to Boards, Commissions and Authorities to clarify that bylaws and rules of procedure and amendments thereto require City Council approval and to remove at-large memberships for the Thornton Active Adult Board and the Local Licensing Authority to foster equal ward representation.
