1. A Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) to confer with the City Attorney to receive legal advice regarding broadband internet services in the City and the City’s agreement with Ting to provide such services.
2. B Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e)(I) to receive legal advice regarding ongoing legal disputes relative to aircraft noise violation provisions contained in the 1988 Intergovernmental Agreement on a New Airport and to determine positions relative to matters that that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators regarding the same.
3. C Executive Session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(d), specialized details of security arrangements or investigations regarding Council security training.
