B Executive session pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e)(I) to receive legal advice regarding ongoing legal disputes relative to aircraft noise violation provisions contained in the 1988 Intergovernmental Agreement on a New Airport and to determine positions relative to matters that that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators regarding the same.
