  4. A A Motion approving the Minutes of the April 16, 2024 Special and April 23, 2024 Special and Regular City Council meetings.

  6. C A resolution approving an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City and the Colorado Department of Transportation for the maintenance of traffic signals on State highways.

A An ordinance amending Thornton City Code Section 38-391 to remove the requirement for the City Manager to declare a nuisance to be a nuisance after a notice to abate the nuisance was already issued and Section 38-393 to include abandoned shopping carts as an enumerated nuisance, and adding a new Division 5 to Chapter 38, Article X of the Thornton City Code concerning abandoned shopping carts.   26. B A resolution amending Attachment 1 to Resolution C.D. No. 2020-169 for Parks, Recreation and Community Programs fees and charges for the City, effective January 1, 2025.

C An ordinance adopting the third amendment to the 2024 Budget amending section one of Ordinance 3670, making appropriations for the City of Thornton, Colorado for the fiscal year 2024 for all funds except that appropriations for certain individual projects shall not lapse at year end but continue until the project is completed or cancelled.
