4. A A Motion approving the Minutes of the February 20, 2024 Special and February 27, 2024 Regular City Council meetings.
5. B Monthly Financial Report for January 2024.
6. C An ordinance amending Chapter 1 of the Thornton City Code to provide for the administrative enforcement and penalization of certain Code violations. (Second Reading)
7. D An ordinance amending Ordinance 3572 regarding the City Council Policy for reimbursement of expenses for travel, training, subsistence, and other business expenses. (First Reading)
8. E A resolution acknowledging receipt of the North Hilltop Annexation Petition for the property generally located on the northwest corner of East 140 th Avenue and Dahlia Way to the City (140 th and Dahlia – North Hilltop Annexation).
9. F A resolution acknowledging receipt of the Snydal Subdivision Blocks 1-3 Annexation Petition and establishing May 14, 2024 as the date for consideration of the requested annexation of property located at 5280 E. 120 th Avenue to the City (Snydal Subdivision Blocks 1-3 Annexation).
10. G A resolution consenting to the dissolution of the Fallbrook Metropolitan District.

A An ordinance amending Sections 38-386, 38-421, 38-429, 38-391, and 38-523 of the Thornton City Code to include box trucks, limousines, and mobile food trucks as prohibited vehicles, repeal a related provision in the Model Traffic Code as superfluous, allow only unladen emergency tow trucks to be stored or parked on a residential property, clarify restrictions on stored motor vehicles in residential zoning districts, and revise the permitting process to park or store certain commercial, non-passenger vehicles in residential zoning districts. 14. B An ordinance amending Section 2-191 of the Thornton City Code to generally follow the Colorado Constitution’s monetary limit on gifts and other things of value that public officials and employees may accept, receive, or solicit. (First Reading)
15. C An ordinance adopting the second amendment to the 2024 Budget amending section one of Ordinance 3670, making for appropriations for the City of Thornton, Colorado for the fiscal year 2024 for all funds except that appropriations for certain individual projects shall not lapse at year end but continue until the project is completed or cancelled. (First Reading)
