A Executive Session, pursuant to C.R.S. 24-6-402(4)(f), to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop strategy for negotiations, and instruct negotiators in relation to selecting a vendor for the city manager recruitment; and (g) to consider vendors' city manager recruitment proposals that contain vendors' confidential and proprietary information and trade secrets that are protected by the mandatory nondisclosure provisions of the Colorado Open Records Act, specifically C.R.S. 24-72-204 (3)(a)(IV).
