1. A Executive Session, pursuant to C.R.S. Secs. 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), to receive legal advice, determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, and instruct negotiators regarding next steps in litigation related to the 1988 Intergovernmental Agreement on a New Airport and aircraft noise violations.
2. B Executive Session, pursuant to C.R.S. Secs. 24-6-402(4)(b), (e) and (f), to receive legal advice regarding the City Manager’s employment agreement, to discuss personnel matters regarding potential Interim City Manager candidates, and to potentially determine position and develop strategy for negotiations relative to recruitment of Interim City Manager.
