Secs. 24-6-402(4)(b) and (e), to receive legal advice, determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, and instruct negotiators regarding next steps in litigation related to the 1988 Intergovernmental Agreement on a New Airport and aircraft noise violations.
