7. C An ordinance amending Section 14-10(b) and Chapter 38, Article X, Division 2 of the City Code to increase Code Compliance Officers’ authority to enforce parking and towing regulations. (Second Reading)
8. D An ordinance amending the City Council Policy regarding the Rules of Order and Procedure for City Council Meetings to increase the time for Council Comments/Communications. (Second Reading)
9. E A resolution authorizing the City of Thornton to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement with the State of Colorado Department of Higher Education through Arapahoe Community College for emergency medical services training.
