Beginning on November 14, 2020, the Board of County Commissioners meetings will be held virtually. - 20 PUBLIC HEARING HOUSE BILL 1041 PERMIT NO. 1041 2020-007 <http://www.co.pueblo.co.us/cgi-bin/webformbroker.wsc/cases3.p?caseNum=1041%202020-007> -c/o Jaxon Fagan, Agent, Public Service Company of Colorado (Applicant) Colorado State Land Board (Owner) The applicant is requesting approval of a permit amendment by the Pueblo Board of County Commissioners, as the designated Permit Authority, for construction of the proposed Public Service Company of Colorado (PSCo) Mirasol Switchyard and Interconnection Project (Project). The Project is located approximately four miles southwest of the Town of Avondale on 40 acres of land owned by the Colorado State Land Board (CSLB). The switching station site will consist of electrical equipment, security/safety fencing, and access roads. The switching station will be graded and surfaced with gravel. The requested amendment changes the approved haul route to 36th Lane south to Fields Road east then north on 40th Lane as its primary route to access the site during construction.
