Executive Session: 1) To consider the purchase, acquisition, lease, transfer or sale of real, personal or other property, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(a), and to determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e), concerning the Town's purchase of the Regency property; 2) To hold a conference with the Town's water counsel to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), concerning the Town's water planning; 3) To determine positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, develop a strategy for negotiations, and/or instruct negotiators, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e), concerning the I-25 Gateway development area; and 4) To hold a conference with the Assistant Town Attorney to receive legal advice on specific legal questions, pursuant to C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(b), concerning conflicts of interest in general.
