PUBLIC HEARING Resolution P20-12: A Resolution Of The Planning Commission Of The Town Of Erie Recommending That The Board Of Trustees Approve A Special Review Use For Temporary Agricultural Uses Until the Property Develops. The property is located on the southwest corner of the RTD rail line and the future Jasper Road alignment. This request is for consideration of a Special Review Use to allow existing agriculture uses to continue in the time after annexation, and before the recordation of the first final plat for the property.
