Amends an agreement with Tribe Recovery Homes, Inc. to add $210,100.00 for a new total of $817,253.96 and adding 12 months for a new end date of 9-30-2026 to provide an after-hours Release Assistance on Demand Program for those with mental health or substance use issues who are exiting custody from Denver jail facilities, citywide (SHERF-202263684/SHERF-202580224-03). The last regularly scheduled Council meeting within the 30-day review period is on 10-6-2025. The Committee approved filing this item at its meeting on 9-3-2025. 25-1263 approved by consent
