A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BRIGHTON, COLORADO, APPROVING THE AMENDED INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BRIGHTON AND ADAMS COUNTY REGARDING A JOINT AG INNOVATION SPECIALIST POSITION; APPROVING THE CITY’S NOT TO EXCEED ANNUAL CONTRIBUTION OF FORTY-ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($41,000) WITH AN ANNUAL TWO AND A HALF PERCENT (2.5%) INCREASE TOWARD SAID SPECIALIST POSITION; AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID AMENDMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND THE CITY MANAGER TO UNDERTAKE SUCH TASKS AS MAY BE REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT THE TERMS OF SAID AMENDMENT
