- 1 The Arapahoe County Cultural Council will hold study sessions between April and June, 2026, for the 2026-2027 Tier III Grant Cycle. Organizations will be notified when their applications may be discussed by SCFD staff and will be invited to attend. Members of the public will only be able to observe. Formal questions from the Council to organizations will be sent out via email by SCFD.
