11. 10 County Attorney, Monica Kovaci, presented the separation agreement to the Board. This is a standard agreement that designates the Public Health Director an appointee of the position, grants the Board of Health authority to terminate such appointment, and outlines the terms of separation. This Separation Agreement is a Countywide standard for department directors.
