- 16 CONSENT CALENDAR
- 17 Consent Calendar items are considered routine and will be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these matters unless a request is made by a City Council Member and then the item will be removed from the Consent Calendar to be discussed and voted upon by a separate motion.
- 1. Authorization to read ordinances by title only.
- 2. Authorization to approve the VUSD MOU Agreement - Authorize City Manager to approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Agreement between the City of Visalia and Visalia Unified School District (VUSD) for Visalia Police Department Youth Services Officers (YSOs) assigned as campus officers at VUSD middle school and high school campuses.
- 3. Approve Parcel Map - Request authorization to record the final parcel map for Tentative Parcel Map No. 2023-03, located at 119 West Houston Avenue (APN: 094-055-003).
- 4. Approve Parcel Map - Request authorization to record the final parcel map for Tentative Parcel Map No. 2023-05, located on the south side of West Glendale Avenue between North Dinuba Boulevard and future North Santa Fe Street (APN: 079-071-030).
- 5. Acceptance of Senate Bill (SB) 1383 Local Assistance Grant - Confirm acceptance and appropriate $378,430 of grant funds from the Senate Bill (SB) 1383 Local Assistance Grant Program toward the purchase of one front load solid waste truck and recycling and food waste education.
- 23 REGULAR ITEMS AND PUBLIC HEARINGS
- 24 Comments related to regular Items and Public Hearing Items are limited to three minutes per speaker, for a maximum of 30 minutes per item. The Mayor may reasonably limit or extend the public comment period to preserve the Council's interest in conducting efficient, orderly meetings.

Review 2024 Annual Action Plan - Review and comment on the proposed use of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) for the Program Year (PY) 2024 Annual Action Plan, and the 2019 CDBG CARES Act (CDBG-CV) Annual Action Plan Amendment IV.
