Authorization to apply for the Alcohol Policing Program - Authorize the Visalia Police Department to apply for the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) Alcohol Policing Program for up to $100,000, submit the application by March 30, 2026, if awarded appropriate up to $100,000 in the General Fund, and approve Resolution 2026-07. 25-0681
