Each speaker tonight may speak for up to 3 minutes during this general comment period on a matter that is not on this agenda. The public may also make one comment for up to 3 minutes prior to the consideration of the Consent Calendar, and immediately before any regular agenda item is heard. The Council asks that you keep you comments concise and positive. Creative criticism, presented with appropriate courtesy, is welcome. Each speaker will be allowed three minutes and a timer will notify you when your time is expired. Southern California Edison Charge Ready Programs - Authorization to submit enrollment applications to both the Southern California Edison Charge Ready Business and Transport Programs to develop program participation agreements for the design, construction and installation of the necessary infrastructure for new charging infrastructure at the new Civic Center and Convention Center, other City facilities if deemed feasible,and to expand the charging equipment at the City’s Transit Operations and Maintenance Facility and new charging infrastructure at the City’s Public Works Corporation Yard and at the Tulare County Office of Education Doe Avenue Complex. 25-0596 approve Pass

Approve a contract for the supply of auto parts- Approve a contract with Genuine Parts Co. dba Napa Auto Parts to supply parts and accessories for the Fleet Division utilizing Sourcewell Contract with an annual not-to-exceed amount of $1,200,000, for an initial term through January 10, 2029, which may be extended for up to two additional one-year terms, to align with the Sourcewell contract, with a maximum contact amount of $6,000,000 over the life of the contract, including extensions. 25-0752 approve Pass

Approve a contract for miscellaneous Fleet parts - Approve a contract with Lawson Products to supply small parts, fasteners, hydraulic hoses, clamps, and vehicle repair supplies for the Fleet Division utilizing the Omnia Partners Contract with an annual not-to-exceed amount of $175,000 for an initial term through October 31, 2027, which may be extended for up to two additional one-year terms, to align with the Omnia Parters Contract, with a maximum contract amount of $525,000 over the life of the contract, including extensions. 25-0753 approve Pass

Authorization to assist the Tulare County Association of Governments in preparing and submitting a joint regional application for Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program Cycle 8 State grant funds - Authorize the City’s assistance and participation in preparing a joint regional application with the Tulare County Association of Governments and Tulare County Regional Transit Agency (TCRTA) for Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program Cycle 8 State grant funds for capital improvements to the planned Cross Valley Express and Mooney Boulevard Bus Rapid Transit systems. 25-0773 approve Pass
