Approve the City of Visalia Functional Equivalent Stormwater Resource Plan (SWRP) to establish eligibility for Storm Water Grant Funds applied to for the Oakes Basin generally located on the northeast corner of Road 152 and the Packwood Creek, directly east of the planned East Side Regional Park; and authorize the City Manager or their designee to sign the plan.
