Informational item to inform Council that Successor Agency property at APNs 094-240-049 (at the SWC of Burke & School), 094-190-016 (near Ben Maddox on Center), 094-190-018, 094-180-012 (near the SWC of Goshen & Ben Maddox), 094-055-001 (at the SEC of Houston & NW 5th), and a portion of 094-180-009 (at the SEC of Goshen & Burke) are surplus land and that staff will accordingly make the property available for purchase and development proposals to qualified agencies per the State required surplus property process.
