Approve the recommendation by the Visalia Parks and Recreation Commission to adopt Resolution No. 2021-28, a resolution authorizing the application of the California Drought, Water, Parks, Climate, Coastal Protection, and Outdoor Access for All Act of 2018 – Per Capita Grant Program for the construction of a new community dog park at Riverway Sports Park and appropriation of $177,952 for the project.
