Authorization for the City Manager and the Community Development Director to execute an agreement between the City of Visalia and the City of Visalia Community Development Department for the Activity of Code Enforcement in low income CDBG Target Areas of the City using Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding in the amount of $150,000 for the 2021/22 Program Year.
